Find your Xiaomi from any browser
- Go to Xiaomi Cloud (i.mi.com).
- Sign in with the Xiaomi account (Mi account) used on the phone.
- Open Find device and choose what to do.
Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO phones with Google apps also work with Google Find Hub at android.com/find, which is often easier and works in more situations.
What you can do
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Sound | Rings at maximum volume, even on silent. |
| Lost mode | Locks the phone so nobody can use it. |
| Clear data | Erases everything, including the SD card. It can't be undone. |
When does it work?
- The phone must be connected to the internet.
- Find device must have been turned on (Settings › Xiaomi Account › Xiaomi Cloud › Find device).
- Xiaomi notes that the remote options won't work if the SIM card was replaced.
If Xiaomi's tool can't reach the phone, try android.com/find. It may show the last known location.
If it was stolen
- Turn on Lost mode (and Secure device in Google Find Hub).
- Call your carrier to block the SIM and IMEI.
- File a police report with the IMEI. How to find it without the phone.
- Change your Xiaomi and Google passwords.
